Online Ordering FAQ's

We deliver most of our products to registered customers through our new Co-op with local businesses, and also offer pickup at our store.  We do have a handful of pickled products available for shipping.  If you would like to register for an account please click here

The order deadline is 7 days prior to your delivery date.

Yes, the minimum order is $10.

 While we will always do our best to make sure this does not happen, sometimes things are out of our control. When this happens, you will receive a credit to use on your next order.

 Not in our local Warrensburg area, but there is a nominal fee for us to bring your fresh items conveniently to you on your delivery date.

 If you contact us at least one day prior to your delivery date, you have the option of picking up your order at j.Gallup Farm. Otherwise, you will need to contact your “Point of Contact” person at your delivery location to make your own arrangements for your order when it gets there.

Only our pickled items are available for shipping.  All other items are available for co-op business delivery or pick-up at j.Gallup Farm.  Simply take out your shippable pickled items, pay for your delivery or pick-up items, and then do another order which will allow you to add your shipping address as well as shipping fees.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us!

General FAQ's

Everything is prepared and home-baked right here in Julie’s kitchen at j.Gallup Farm!

 Our “store” is on the front porch at j.Gallup Farm and we are open out there every day from Memorial Day through World’s Largest Garage Sale Weekend (first weekend in October).  The hours are:  Mon-Sat 9-5, Fri 9-6, Sun 10-3.  You can also order and pick up your favorites any time year-round by just calling or emailing us. 

Just let us know and we can usually make arrangements to accommodate your needs.

 In our baked goods, no, but other items are.  Look for items tagged “*gluten-free.” 

 Most of our baked good can be frozen.  They come to you fresh and can be frozen.  We suggest you remove it from the container and place in a freezer bag.  Then, when you’re ready to eat it, just thaw back to room temperature.

We have several area farms that we source our produce from as well as what we grow ourselves.  When fruits or veggies are out of season for our area, we supplement with from a local wholesale distributor.

Yes!  We always encourage you to call ahead when you have a large order (or even just one item) so we can make sure to get you everything you love.  If you’re coming through on a Friday, just place your order online and choose j.Gallup Farm as your “delivery location” and pickup will be quick and easy!  If you need a different day for pickup, please contact us directly with your order.

Yes!  We cater every event from weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, class reunions, and backyard parties to small formal gatherings.  We can make your special event easier by providing all of your favorite foods cooked fresh and delivered to you.  Call us for information at 518-504-4033.
